| Roiceram-C (Silicon carbide) |
| Roiceram-C
is pressure-less sintered dense silicon carbide and re-crystallized silicon carbide
with high fracture toughness achieved through AGC Ceramics's unique material technology.
It has high strength, hardness, and stiffness and has high-thermal conductivity,
low-thermal expansion, and chemical resistance. |

| Roiceram-N (Silicon nitride) |
| Roiceram-N
is silicon nitride(Si3N4), and highly reliable for their
strength and fracture toughness. This material is distributed as molten nonferrous
metal-related parts such as protection tube for thermo-couple for aluminum, and
nuclear energy-related parts. |

| Ceraborex |
| Developed
using AGC Ceramics's original electro-fused synthesis technology, Ceraborex has a high
melting point of 3060°C. It has conductivity equal to that of pure iron and
has high corrosion resistance with slag and molten steel. |

| UD-II(MoB-Ni) |
| UD-II, a
kind of cermet, consists of ceramic particles (boron molybdenum compound) bonded
with and metal nickel, and is the middle region materials of metal and ceramics.
It exhibits superior properties at temperatures ranging from room temperatures
to high temperatures of more than 800°C. |

| LOTEC-T (Aluminum titanate) |
| LOTEC-T is
highly resistant to thermal shock, and does not react with molten metals such
as aluminum or zinc, nor get wet. These properties make it useful as an industrial
heat-resistant material. We also have machinable ceramics that can be processed
into a wide variety of shapes. AGC Ceramics resolved its tendency of decomposition in
the reducing atmosphere at high-temperature using our unique technologies. |
