For most of its history, AGC Ceramics Co.,Ltd.
has focused on monolithic refractories which have properties such as easy construction
and repair when building high-temperature industrial furnaces. Monolithic refractories
have many advantages, including a joint-free structure and the ability to make
thin side walls that have long durability. They also make construction easier
for parts with complicated shapes.
AGC Ceramics's monolithic refractories are, at present, widely acknowledged as the main
material for high-temperature industrial furnaces.
Based on our in-house, high-quality alumina cement, we produce general-use Asahi
Casters, high-strength Ramcrete, Rheo-flow with self-flow and a long-distance
pumping construction method, and, a Gunning Rheo-flow method that achieves a very
strong castable through wet installation. As such, we respond to a variety of
needs of our customers by offering our monolithic refractories and new construction
methods.
As environmental protection and sustainability are major issues today, we hope
our customers will choose products of AGC Ceramics from ecological and
safety standpoints. AGC Ceramics has distinguished experience and technology in waste/industrial
waste incinerators and melting furnaces, and the designing and construction of
various high-temperature furnaces.
