AGC Ceramics has developed a dry method - thereby achieving the most labor-saving method - by using equal quality castable as the low-cement types constructed by conventional casting method.
Asahi Newmatic Rheo-flow method (ANRF) is an advanced, labor-saving version of the conventional self-flow material (RF) and the Asahi Gunning Rheo-flow method (AGRF). ANRF uses equal quality castables and self-flow material, yet it is applied using an easier, machine-based dry method. The ANRF has different grades, from high-alumina to chamotte and high-corrosion resistant grade (equivalent to CLC-1649-RE, CLC-A539-RE grades) for industrial waste furnaces.
4 benefits of using the ANRF method:
1. Achieves equal quality as low-cement castables using dry method.
2. Construction is possible for long distances (over 100m) and height (over 25m).
3. Construction is possible for bulk (over 2.7t/h) in a short period.
4. Achieves equal quality casting even for small lot construction (10-20t) cases such as repair works.
